Poor network coverage and worst customer support

with due respect i here by raise a complaint against airtel for not issuing me my post paid bill on time so that i can make the due payments.

Airtel providing bad Prepaid Service

Hi,
I am experiencing a bad service from Airtel and Airtel Customer relationship center. I had purchased a campus sim of Airtel in February'09.
It given good service for 1-2 weeks. After that it stopped the outgoing calls. When I contact to Customer Care he replies your address verification is negative,

Dear Sir,
I have recharged SMS Tariff Plan of Rs. 76 which provide me 500 local SMS for one month on 26/03/09.
I went out of town on 27/03/09 night and came back on 29/03/09. I send few SMS on local circle before roming. And also send some SMS during roming which are chargeble; I know that.

My prepaid number is [protected], which I own for last 6+ years. Last year i have to shift to some other city for 1-2 years. i activated my number with life time plan of airtel. I was told at their New delhi Friends colony community centre exclusive outlet, that now when ever you comeback you can deactivate it and it will be working with the normal existin plan you opt.

error in network connection

the complaint is that i cannot make any calls nor can i receive...it says error in network connection.
i try a number for thousand times then only it connects but gets dissconected in 8 secs on its own...
cant even receive calls...
now this is a major problem as i cant even call 121 to lodge a complain...

Hello All,

I WILL NEVER EVER GO FOR AIRTEL as it's support SUCKS... (Airtel Karnataka)
No prompt response,
they will intentionally disconnect the call while on 121,
no call back,
no proper updates or responses,
false promises,
play with customers,
charge without justification,
1st level support agents are most of the times advised not to escalate to floor...

Ourgoing Barred for non payment of bills!

I got airtel postpaid connection on Feb 2009. Till now I have not received any bills either by softcopy or hard copy or not available in airtel.in site but they expect me to pay the bills to avoid barring of outgoing calls.
