USB signal strength is too week

Hello,

I brought an USB data card on 12/03/2009, but so far it was working because of poor signal strength.

Decreased credit limit without any intimation

I don't have any word for BAD Customer services provided by Airtel.
First they have decreased credit limit of my number without any intimation and then every month abruplty closes outgoing on my number saying that you have exceeded the credit limit. Harrassment - duplicate billing

Airtel has ZERO customer service. Complaints are not addressed in time and their way of resolving something is to send legal notices and try to collect as much money as possible. After calling customer service many times, speaking to several people in collections etc., they are still hounding me for more money even after returning the SIM card and paying all dues. Previous balance not added

Dear Sir,
I have a prepaid mobile No. of Airtel[protected]Punjab ans Haryana circle).
One year validity expired on 27 Feb 2009.
I could not recharge on time as I was out of the state.
But there was a balance of about Rs1453/- which was unused.
Airtel in Delhi has a policy of offering extension of validity on SMS, but i received no such SMS.

disappointing performance

Dear all,

I purchased an airtel usb modem from Univercell chennai and could not install properly. When contacted the customer care, they came up with the answer, that it wont work with Vista Ultimate. But in Airtel website, they have specified operating system as Vista only and not distinguished between home and Ultimate.

temporary cut of my connection without any information
