Collection department is using bad words for bill payment

This is Saravana Kumar and i am airtel customer for 6 years.
i was using airtel no:[protected]
I dint pay the bill for 5103 and i got a call from collections department and i said that i am shoet of money and i said i will switch to pre paid and i gave my prepaid no to them and asked some time and they agreed on it.
Suddenly after couple of weeks a lady has called my prepaid no and to my mom and few friends and started...

Call divert not assign on 9892037924

I had complained on 19th February 2009 and today is 14th April 2009. in between so many times called up to customer care executives, but they dont want to understand the problem of customers and using rubbish language with customers.

Poor Signal in Basement

We have our office in a Basement in a commercial complex in Janak Puri, while Vodafone and Tata, Reliance have absolutely no problem in their Signal strengths, while AIRTEL has almost NO SIGNAL.

The Signal strength is SO POOR that our calls get dropped all the time and we can not hear the other party properly using the AIRTEL GSM connections.

recharge through net banking

I recharged my Airtel prepaid account through online net banking for Rs.333 on my cell no. [protected]. but my cell didn't get credited even... customer service executive told me that, "we will credit Your amount in your bank account. but still i didn't get that amount in my bank acount.

Unauthorized Balance Deduction

I wann to Unsubscribe from www.tashan.co.in. I click on the link o Download Free Wallpaper. Then it asked my Cell No. I put t by mistake and I put my No. I verification code delivered to my cell. I just put the no on the webpage. I found 20-20 rupees was deducted 2 times from my pre-paid balance. Now there is no option on www.tashan.co.in to unsubsribe this service.


Give me way to unsbuscribe from this service....

Getting promotional sms even when activated the DND services

I activated DND on 25/11/07 request no.S[protected] as told by Manoj, Team Leader, Indore (M.P.) on 12/04/09 received a call from the executive regarding a compliant & please have the Reference No.s for the past complaint's

My number issue other person

Dear Sir,
I send you a complaint for restart my Airtel No:-[protected]. Sir, yesterday my number issue to other person in Terntarn Punjab.Airtel frod with me. I notice to Airtel Punjab to restart my mobile connection with in one week, otherwise i take action to airtel in consumer court, because i have already 999/-Life Time PrePaid consumer in this number.

Language problem in POGO

I am a Airtel digital tv user in Chennai. We used to get POGO channel programs in English language earlier...But now these people at Airtel DIGITAL have made it compulsory Hindi...American cartoons speaking HINDI. ... Like it? YEW!!!..

Besides their language change option on Remote control does not work..It's the same everywhere in Chennai..It's just in Hindi... like it or not...

Chennai broadband customer service

I applied for a broadband connection.
While filling form that airtel agent told will get connection in 3 days.
If it is reliance or tata will get connection in a day.
Hmm... Ok... 3days...
After 3days also there is no response from airtel.
I called my agent to ask about its atatus.
He was not picking my call.

I really gets harrassed even if I am not using Airtel Live but still charged Rs.-50/-per month and a message comes to me from 64611010/ 64611050/ 543212 stating...Thanks for using (subscription, Text based services) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 50.

How to get rid of the problem? If anybody knows, please help me. How to unsubscribe such rubbish things?I am not using Airtel Live but still...
