Tower Signal Problem

Tower signal problem in our area (kanyakumari District-Tower Name -peruvilai) Near Nagercoil.For the past One months we are not getting the signal properly lot of problems because of signal.I have already make a compliant to airtel customer care but they are not responeding properly.for the past one year we are using the same tower. but for 30 days only this problem arises.so please make this compliant as serious issue.

Hi,
This is regarding your mobile office service i just purched a prepaid connection (no:-[protected])for only internet purpose this is the first exprience with airtel services.
1) Mobile office activated on 11th dec 08 and same want to disconnect on 13th dec 08 due i will be not in coverage for 2days.

Forced VAS charges

I have a complaint regarding VAS charges deducted from my father's post paid mobile connection ([protected]) active in Kurukshetra Haryana on his name (Dr. S.K.Sharma). It has been 6 months now and the charges of Rs99/- are put everymonth in mobile bill.

Pathetic Customer Support

In todays era if anyone can show as to how to turn off a customer by customer service, I believe Airtel would be no 1.

For even a small problem, you need to call the pune center several times, give the same story at least to 200 different people...& in the end the Customer support officer will say...Sir I am sorry, but I cannot help you

God, If by chance you purchase the package & want to call call center...

Incoming ISD SMS not delivered

I got Airtel Prepaid connection from an authorised vendor in Pune. From day one I am unable to receive SMS from overseas, and I lodged my complaint with Customer care 121 and sent an email to [protected]@airtelindia.com on 4th December. I have lost my airtel prepaid number. when i lost it, its balance was 381/-(INR).I complained to airtel customer care immediately after loosing it. customer care staff was unethical and unprofessional

I had taken SIM card(phone no. Non recredit of postpaid amounts

I have a student plan SIM bought when I enrloled in to the Engineering college. I was told the GPRS service is available and I got a big recharge of Rs 600/- after sometime the validity of the SIM was expiring and I got the same recharged anticipating the recredit of the avialble Balance in the revalidated SIM.

I am at a loss to understand tha the services are restored withpout the balance available and no body clearly indicates...

Very Less Talk Time

My son's prepaid located at Chennai was recharged by me at Devlali(Maharashtra) due to certain emergencies through easy recharge for Rs 333/-, but the talk time given was Rs 171.37 vide transaction ID No[protected] dated 14.12.08 at 5.55 PM. Tele No is [protected]. This is high time the cellular operator should put his house in order and give full talk time immediately.This may invite legal action if necessary....

anonymous SMS and calls

Hi

I've complained to Airtel on 121 for registering a complaint that i'm getting the anonymous sales promotion SMS.

I got a response that it will be blocked as "Dont Disturb" service after 45 days.

I can understand this lead time for blocking for non-airtel messages. I dont understand on why Airtel cannot itself block their own sales promotion messages.
