New sim not giving

Dear Sir,

I have taken a new postpaid airtel mobile with gprs facility connection in the name of my father in law (yashwant Anant Chavan) from your excutive Mr. Devraj Vishwakarma. The name of the postpaid plan is new good value 199 and the (mobile no. is [protected]) I have also submit the all documents, except residential proof address. After six days my outgoing calls are banned. So I tell Mr .Devraj I about this situation...

igot anew prepaid connection before one month and activate this.at the time of confirmation it will switched off due to some other reasons.the company banned my number. i submit new id and photo two days before.there is no response till this time. due to this i suffered more probloms. my no is [protected]. from trivandrum circle. please activate the number immediatly....

excess bill of value added services

my complaint against airtel punjab mobile service about the excess bill of their value added services on my no. [protected], on behalf of coustomer care they are not responding about the matter. the nodal officer of the same co. having cell no. [protected] didn't respond, i m very much harrassed from the co. behaviour . plz. solve the matter as early as possible....

Sim Card failed

We have a CUG Airtel connection for 5 mobile numbers, out of which only two were used up to 6th November 2008. On the 7th November 2008 the other three numbers were activated but to our dismay on the 14th November 2008 two of the numbers as listed below were deactivated;

deducting money without asking from prepaid card by "item"

inspite of repeated complaints from 26/10/2008 the call centre of "Airtel - prepaid card" is unable to deactivate masti pack facility from my mobile no. [protected] . Airtel deducted money without asking,for service never asked for

One they bombard the customer with irrelevant push messages. Once I accidentally clicked the link on the push message i was redirected to airtel site. and then i got this message "Your account has been deducted Rs 30 for java game subscription package".
In first place i never wanted any subsciption, and did'nt place any request for the same. Also they never asked me before deducting the amount and told me only after...

Sir,
i (k.gideon)using the mobile no:[protected],
have a problem of deduction of Re1/of balance from my account every time i switch off & switch on my mobile.i use a NOKIA N70 mobile i switch it on &off when i get stuck with the appln device.this has been going on above one month but some balance is returned back when i called to the coustmer care .but a permanent solution could not be found . i have a free joke pack...

Unfair Trade Practise

Fed up with the increasingly terrible service from Airtel -- and after 2 months of registering complaints about network coverage in Marathahalli area -- I went and took a new GSM connection from another service provider (BSNL).

Airtel GPRS Disconnects after 10-15 MIn

During Use of AIRTEL GPRS connection sometimes after 15 MIn or sometimes 30 Min. data send and receive of data stops and when we again estabilish connection then works fine for some time .

IN Night after 12.00AM it happens in every 5-10 MIn....
