Sim card still not activated

I had lost my sim and that's why i deactivated my number couple of days ago.

Yesterday i went to airtel store and i requested them to give me duplicate sim so that i can use same number.

They assured me that the sim will start working within 4 hours. More than 24 hours gone and still my sim is not activated.

Cashback not receive

My airtel number is -[protected]
I am recharge this number on 29june 2020
With offer of flate rs40 cashback on wallet if i recharge rs698 with airtel upi, and as follows i am recharge this number with airtel upi of rs 698 but there is no cashback receive on my wallet, so please give cashback

higher data usage

Hi team

I am using airtel broadband servies number-[protected].
My renewal date was 26th june'20 and it is absolutely shocking that till now (As on 30th june'20) it is showing that i have used 64gb of data which is absouktely riduculous. This means 12gb a day which i havent used at all. I have only used my company websites and 2 laptops are used. Thats it. No downloads at all.

This needs to be taken seriously...

Internet connection with airtel

Everytime i make a recharge for airtel data pack and connect it to my laptop for wifi connection it doesn't work. Shows the same pop up one. Airtel.in. Resolve this issue on an urgent basis. Realyy disappointed with airtel connection. Never felt this kind of trouble with my 7 years of connection with this server....

Recharge not done but amount deducted pls

My name Gnana Christopher Mobile number [protected] i recharge amount Rs.399 on May 31th online my amount got deducted in my bank account but the recharge not done after some time i got message and i recharge again for Rs.399 my 1st recharge amount still not refunded hope you will do ....

Lower validity provided by airtel

I recharged my mob[protected] on 28/06/2020 for validity of 28 days. Previous validity was upto 28/06/2020. So the new pack should be valid upto 26/07/2020. But airtel gave validity up to 25/07/2020. That is airtel started new pack from 28/06/2020.
It means airtel is cheating non suspecting customers who recharge before the expiry of current validity. If one recharges 2-3 days prior to expiry or on expiry date itself, he is sure to...

i had made a payment to tsspdcl but it was done at apcpdclob

I made a payment of 3, 202 towards tsspdcl but the payment was made to apcpdclob.

558 inr is debited from my canara bank account but there is no recharge.
I have done the recharge using airtel website on laptop at 11:47 am on 29.6.2020. But i the account has not been recharged.

Balance automatically getting deducted from account

From last 2-3 months, my balance is automatically getting deducted. When checking the transactions details on airtel app, i can see messages automatically getting sent on a specific number and also data being used even when the dats has been turned off as i use only wifi. Despite of checking the settings again and again the data is turned off but still getting used and balance deducted...

worst service from airtel dth

I am airtel dth user from last 1 year paying 300 rs per month.in last 12 months i have raised complaints 4 times about not receiving singnals. Each time they will charge 300 to 400 mentioning that receiver problem and replaced the same. I am not getting why they are replacing such worst quality devices. This is the worst experience i had....

I made an online recharge transaction was successful
Amount of rs 379/- is deducted under reference#[protected]igaivymwa0 from my sbi account.
Unfortunately this amount/recharge is not reflected to my account.

I am unable to deactivate my airtel broadband service and the phone no for

. I have cleared all bills. The customer care number doeasnt have an option to call and deactivate the service permanently.in airtel app there is no means to deactivate the service permanently. Only safe custody which charges 200 rs for a connection that i dont use every month....

I have recharge ₹598 to no. [protected] from my airtel wallet no. [protected]. But the amount deducted was twice from my bank account.

Only one transaction is successful (Id [protected])
