I have insured my iphone x using airtel secure to get peace of mind

On june 28th, my handset fell from my hand and its screen broke. I immediately raised a request on airtel secure and uploaded all the necessary documents required, after 2 days time, i was informed that this claim is rejected as it is considered mishandling and is not covered under accidental damage.

This is extremely frustrating to me and airtel...

My Digital TV ID [protected] is registered with mobile no [protected]. Now I want to change my RTN. I have tried atleast 50 times in last 4 days and struggling to get this changed. On my one of tries I managed to change my registered mobile to [protected] which was acknowledged by the website informing that my new no will be updated in 24 hours which has not happened yet. I do not know whether this is 24 hours or 24 days. As per your fancies...

Please refund in my bank account...

I have requested for Airtel Broadband connection for Myself - Sankar Balakrishnan.

I am very much upset with the response that I get from airtel executive.
He was very much active till the payment "After the payment he is not picking my calls and no response and update from that person".

This is not acceptable. Please help me at the earliest.

Airtel does not carry SVBC 2 tamil channel, we put up with it. Now they want to discontinue SVBC on the whole. Does not make sense. Looks like Airtel only wants to cater to northindian customers...

Sir i have done my prepaid recharge on no [protected] through phone pay. Message is coming in phone pay app. The recharge is done. But call not is coming and not out coming also net is off please solve my problem. Recharge date 2/7/2020. Recharge amount is rs 249...

I have done online recharge for my wife karte prepaid mobile number on 2nd July 2020. Amounts has been deducted by my SBI account of rupees 199. But recharge not reflected against mobile number [protected]....

I live in 5th cross swamivivekananda extension near goodluck circle, shimoga. There is only a inconsistent single signal available which is very distorted.
Its been very difficult to catch network at different spots regularly.

Please extend a good network service to this region asap as 2 members from my family is airtel subscriber....

We have airtel sim suddenly stopped service. We checked the sim in multpile phones. Still sim signals are not shown. It seems sim needs to be replaced with new sim. This is my father's sim, who is diabetic and heart complaint patient. During this covid 19 pandemic time, it will be very risky to take my father to outside. We would request your assistance in this pandemic time to have new sim.

My airtel app showed a recharge plan of 448 that says unlimited calling and 1.5 gb per day, so i selected it, then i paid the amount and it was deducted also from my card but then a message came that this is not a valid recharge amount and so transaction failed but my amount was deducted....

And it's very necessary to recharge from airtel app in this pandamic situation if this bring again possible or technical problems plz make us to recharge as soon as possible when task is run it again

Mai jbbhi airtel ko chalata hu to net bahut slow chalta hai.. Maine bhahut bar complane bhi ki. But koi sunwai nhi hai yh chor compni hai hai jo roj date bhi ni chalne deta hai aur complane ki koi sunwai 'hi krta hai. Mai to isko chor - tel khta hu mai is bat ko sc cort mai le kr jauga. Aur kahuga ki kaise andekhi hai ki ak costumer ke sath jo jitne bar complane krta hai. Yh cor compne koi sunwai nhi krti hai. Maiphle upbhokta phorm mai jauga......

Just now Rs. 250.78 were spent on card 1649 on 01-JUL-20 at www.airtel.in (PGSI) and I don't know why. This is new and weird...

There is an airtel junction box in front of my house. I am not able to park my car and this has been a daily issue. I request airtel to shift that junction box.
This issue is in Sector 4, Gurugram, Haryana....

Today when i enabled my father sim card because internet is not working properly.. After that i switched on the sim card my network is out of service i hope you can fixed this number [protected] immediately....
