From last 3-4 days i am facing same network issues which i was facing before in april and that time also didn't get amy solution. Whole day i am not able to use internet all the time it shows e symbol on network bars can't even send simple messages. no network issue on airtel

Sir, i came to my village kothi in uttarakhand from mumbai in the lockdown due to covid-19.
As my company allowed me for work from home however i am not able to do so because of the no network issue in airtel.

Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

Airtel duplicate sim activation

My airtel sim with number [protected] is suddenly stopped working (No service). So i bought a new duplicate sim from airtel service center yesterday (27/06/2020). It's not activated till now. Kindly do the needful....

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through hdfc net banking for rs. 399 on 27th june 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 399 bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Next day i recharged again and got success....

Airtel cheated for no good reason

Recently i recharged my airtel mobile number with a plan of rs 129 that should provide me with benefits for 28 days. I got benefits for just 20 days even though it's showing recharge successful.
Airtel being such a good company too has these bugs in there system, shocked but true and also sad at the same time.
Has airtel started cheating for these small small amount?
For this 129, i have wasted my nearly 10-12 hours on...

airtel broadband bills, continue to come even after disconnection request made past 1 and half month before

I am very sorry to say that, i have been a part of this pathetic service since past 6-7 years. After attempting numerous calls to the customer service executive, i have been forced to make a consumer court complaint.
Even after disconnecting the service on 27th of april, i am getting bills around 1178 rs, and as we have requested for disconnection, how are we still getting bills.
Finally after waiting for 3-4 days of rigorous...

bad service from airtel on network

I have lodged complaint to airtel support using airtel customer service due to poor/ bad network and internet connectivity but no one provide solution/fix yet.

recharge error. but amount deducted from bank account

I have recharged my prepaid mobile number: [protected] on 26/06./20 for inr598. The amount has been deducted from the bank account. On returning to the airtel portal it said: error.

I tried to call airtel customer service 121, they said to go to airtel thanks app which is not showing this transaction on last 5 transaction list.

I am holding a airtel number for a long time. The number is [protected]. Last couple of years facing problems with call as well as mobile internet connection. Airtel asked me to change handsets and sims. This is done couple of times but no respite. Calls gets dropped frequently. Their customer care number 121 always not reachable. Sometime its prompt the number is invalid. Despite my repeated complain nothing gets improved but i do bill payment...

Help airtel,
I initiated an recharge from airtel app which is registered to number [protected] of 558rs on number [protected] and made a payment via phonepe and my money got deducted but recharge wasn't done.
I contacted phonepe and according to the the payment is received by the merchant (That is you).
I am complaining via e-mail only because on airtel aap... I can't find a perfect options to help me... If you...

Me and my wife both operate mobile with airtel sim. For the last 15 days we are observing that since morning the speed of internet goes very much down. We are not able to open any video or get down loaded any app etc. We both opted for airtel after discontinuing jio sim, due to it's poor performance. As we find that your tower is only at 50 m from our house, we expact an excellent network but it is not happening.

Internet speed dropped dramatically since 3 months

I am an airtel customer since 11 years. I have no complaints till now. But, since the last 5 months my internet speeds are 'pathetic'. I always use the phone on my bed after coming back from my work, suddenly my internet became slow one day and since then it remained slow. My download speeds are not more than 0.4 mbps now, 5 months back the download speed was approx 6 mbps. I don't know what went wrong....

However out of nowhere, for the month of may 2020, i was suddenly charged international roaming charges of 3000, 999 inr per day charges for 3 days in a row. Network problem at basement

From last many months we're having problem related to internet downstairs (Basement). Upper floors are getting good internet speed but i can't even send a single message downstairs. We already registered complaint and even contacted staff members too many times but no resolution came out from it.in our area most of the people have switched to another network and getting good response so my plan is also to transfer to another better network...
