I am using fast tag no 34161fa820328aa20294df80 since 27.11.2019
Now despite a balance of rs. 895.36 my fast tag is blocked and is not working
At toll plaze. Despite sending so many messages to them as advised by them they did not respond even calling at no [protected] a huge no of time they did

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 508 (50 rs voucher applied) on 28th may 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

My broadband bill plan is constantly being delayed and rejected. They have made me wait for months. Every time i talk to 121 they tell me it will be done within 72 hours, then they tell it will be done within 2 weeks, then they tell again 2 weeks. And then they say that it’s not feasible at the moment since there is no fiber wire available. I had performed recharge of Airtel No - [protected] from Airtel App linked to Number - [protected] on 04.04.2020.

Initially, I had attempted to pay Rs. 399/-through SBI Net Banking. There are network problem in our area so i had registered complaint several time on airtel thanks app and on customer care but untile now no action take place. And network type automatically change form 4g lte to other at any time. Sometime calling suddenly disconnect and unable to make video call.
Please fix indoor network problem as well as calling issues. As we are unable to gave our online examination due to this network issue....

Regarding airtel's scam

I've been complaining since a long time. The network I'm getting is very poor. There's a scam going onn in my town. They cut the network at a particular period of time. We the users are facing a lot of issues. Without taking our consents they even close our complaints. Without even taking feedback from us they will close on going complaints. Airtel DTH Connection Not Working from 10 days

I have 2 connections of Airtel DTH 001 & 002. I ordered a upgrade on my first connection i.e. 001 on 18th May 2020 for which they replaced the Setup Box with a new one. delay in resolving complaint by customer care officer of airtel service provider

My complaint is towards bharti airtel service provider - customer care executives. My concern is regarding my fathers post paid airtel mobile number. wrong recharge of same number rs.379/-

Sir, i am m. Thulasireddy my mob.[protected] recharge on 14.05.2020 unlimited pack rs.598/- validity of 84 days balance of 71 days. By mistakenly again recharge on 26.05.2020 of amount rs.379/- pack 84 days pack. Please refund amount or give me benefits of completion of 598 pack after continues 379 pack. So many time trying to contact customer care they can not received call. Please look on this matter urgent basis.

Very poor service

Then i booked a complaint on 25.05.2020 at 09.54 am by email. My complaint number is 24329135. This complaint number given me airtel experience advisor subhranki. She wrote me our team is working on your request and will update you with the status by 26-may-2020 4:00 pm. But no response or update status....
