Hi team,

Amount of rs 399 recharged for prepaid mobile number [protected] on 19th may, 2020. Have received transaction sucessful message but balance is not updated and there is no outgoing facility or data. Amount deducted from bank but mobile is not recharged successfully.

Please look in to the issue with priority as we have waited long for updation. Either update the balance recharge correctly or refund the...

Too high cost regarding plans

As mentioned above please cancel the my new dth connection, because i don't want to give huge amount for less channels as compared to sun direct this cost too much high!. And having the less channels please close my dth connection as soon as possible....

Money deducted but recharge not reflected

I have tried to recharge my recently ported to airtel number - [protected] via airtel app but the recharge has not been done also the money has been deducted thrice from my bank account.
Please refund the over deduction and do the recharge for once.
Transaction ID are[protected],[protected],[protected].
one refund has been done but not the other.
Please look into the matter ASAP....

This is in reference to my airtel connection no[protected] with an amount due 1959.33/-.

According to me the billed amount is incorrect where connection was not in use a long time.
In the wake of covid 19, i have vacated my shop and not in a condition to pay this much of amount.

Apparently, they have suspended the services.

Request you to look into the matter and help me in getting this...

deduct my main balance

Money debited but transaction failed

Recently i tried to make a recharge through my airtel app for a 399 rs pack
. Money got debited as soon as i entered the otp but later it showed transaction failure. When i reported this to airtel company they neglected it by saying your email is not linked, i shall send you even my profile image showing it is linked to my mail, kindly help me
