I have bought data card fronm airtel for my office use. Sales person was told specifically that i need data card as well as airtel 4g wifi dongle for internet use in my office. I was told dongle would be available later as he would place order far the same. But the sales person could not provide me with airtel 4g wifi dongle as promised so the data card was not used. It was only activated and then left unused. I am getting calls for payment...

This is pandiarajan. I am not getting any messages including otp for bank transaction in my mobile network (Airtel). I recharged for a year and lost my money due to otp issue and can't change other network immediately. I complained customer care. On Monday 26 august 2019, i had recharged my phone with the Rs. 129 pack. The message i received thereafter was that the pack provides unlimited national calls, 2GB data and 300 SMS valid for 28 days!! (I will enclose an image of it for proof)

However, yesterday onwards (3rd september 2019) my data balance says 0.0MB which is a terrible thing. Very unfortunate.

Please do reply as soon as possible to help me out!...

I lost my phone a few day ago so i got a duplicate airtel sim. All the sim activities are pretty normal other than the fact that i was not able to get otps. It's been 40+ hours since i got the sim and i'm still not getting otps. I got the otp for paytm today but when i tried to login to instagram or amazon, i didn't get any otp response. I am trying to add my airtel (Formerly tata docomo) mobile number on linkedin, but i am not receiving the verification code.

I am able to receive the code on my vodafone mobile number but not my tata docomo (Now acquired by airtel) number.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

If other mobile numbers are able to receive the verification code then what is wrong with airtel's?...

I noticed that on 2nd august and 2nd september 2019, and amount of rs. 470 each has been charged on my credit card in the name of airtel.in (Pgsi). I have not authorised this amount at any point.
I sent several emails to airtel payment banking and airtel and they do not have any record of this amount being taken in my name. Not sure who is misusing this. For now, i have blocked my card, but i would like airtel to refund...

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 199 on 3rd sep 2019 and received an sms with transaction reference # igagxnkrw0 and airtel1/del/prepaid txn #[protected] of rs. 199. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

We are facing acute problem of very poor airtel signal in our home: flat no. H-404, indian oil apartments, c-58/23, sector-62, noida (U. P.) - 201301. This problem has aggravated for the last 3 months. We are having 5 airtel mobile connections in our home (1 post paid: [protected] and 4 pre-paid: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). We are not able to talk to anyone properly over mobile from our homes as the signal is very weak....

I have submitted so many complaints regarding the slowness / internet not working complaints but I have not yet received any proper update on ticket even not resolved slowness issue.
I usually recharge with more than 500 rupees for 81 to 84 day net use but I loss without using net due to slowness around 2 gb per day. Could you please help to resolve such issue without closing ticket proper update....
