I've ported my number [protected] from airtel maharashtra circle to airtel mumbai circle on 31st august 2019.

But my old sim stopped working in 4th september and when i inserted my new sim card then i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both (Even the old one) sim cards are not working.

I am a 6-month old airtel postpaid user. Sir, i am a regular airtel customer for more than 5 years. And they deduct balance frequently from my account. Yesterday 5th sept. They deduct rs 26.65 as soon as as i recharge my number. On Monday 26 august 2019, i had recharged my phone with the Rs. 129 pack. The message i received thereafter was that the pack provides unlimited national calls, 2GB data and 300 SMS valid for 28 days!! (I will enclose an image of it for proof)

However, yesterday onwards (3rd september 2019) my data balance says 0.0MB which is a terrible thing. Very unfortunate.
