Sir, i have made a payment on 12th august 2019 - amount: rs 589/- through axis bank internet banking. And and payment gateway citrus payment solutions. My bank says amount debited and i have scan copy of the statement which is attached herewith. However airtel database says payment not received.
Kindly confirm receipt and onward transmission details...

I have been using airtel from many years, of late i have been noticing -
1) their customer support has become horrible
2) their services have become even more bad.

The issue - the network is pathetic and data gets consumed with one video streaming. And there is no customer support to help.

When you try and dial the non existent customer care at 121, you can't expect any support. So to connect...

I have ported my sim from vodafone to airtel recently which is successfully done but after mnp unable to connect with network in abroad (Saudi arabia). Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The recharge was done on icici app the bank members are saying that recharge was sucessful and money is transferred to airtel but the airtel members are not agreeing to refund my amount as it for not only my money was gone what will they do with wrong operator i want justice on this they should reflect back my ammout as per law there is no service given by them to me so they are not elgible to take my money my mobile number is [protected]...

I stay in down south but keep getting these flats, real estate, med smses from ncr region. Is there a data leak or is airtel selling numbers to these sms blast agencies for revenue.

Needs to stop immediately. You just cannot send sms blasts to dnd registry

I request for an airtel broadband connection on 23rd august 2019, within 1 hour an executive called me and said sir it is possible but you have to make payment and within 48 hours all will be done.

I made a payment of rs 2828 the same day, after 15-20 i inquired airtel, the area executives, the one who collected my payment no one responded and somehow i got through and came to know that there are no free ports in my area and...

I have recharged 448 prepaid plan. As per this plan 1.9gb data per day is provided but internet is not working only from past one week properly. The data usage is showing as 1.5 gb left for yesterday but am not able to download anything or browse anything. If this issue continues i guess i have to port to someother network. Hi, I had a tata docomo sim, I couldnt use it for somedays and i had kept it off for some days and now i need it back as im using that number's whatsapp, i have spoken to customer care of airtel and they said to visit store which i did but the atore boy took 300 rupees stating that he will activate it but he needs to change the prepaid sim to postpaid sim, we agreed and paid 300 now he says he cant activate it as the sim was not used for...

I have been an airtel postpaid customer, i have not been able to make a call to any number including 198.whenever i called any at that time call failed message showing.
i have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel back office team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation

I had tried to recharge my airtel prepaid through bank account with an amount af rs 169 (1gb/day and unlimited call) but only get recharge txn id which was stated as initiated but no recharge had been done. I had recharged 399 unlimited plan for my airtel#[protected], but to my surprise i have been charged for calls made to icici bank toll free number. Hardly i make calls from this number, so when i did this is the outcome.in the unlimited add there is nowhere mentioned that except so and so numbers.
There is no transparency here and only hidden charges....

I visited airtel store today for sim upgrade from 2g to 4g and they charged rupees 60 and did not give me any bill. On asking for bill they said airtel doesn’t give any bill for any charges.

Its law of govt of india to provide bill / receipt to any customer. Then how airtel can refuse to provide
