I activate ACM on my mobile number, and from last 3 days airtel is deducting my money but ACM service is not working on mobile. I called customer care they have no solution regarding this issue. My name is Rajesh. I'm studying MBBS at GMCH, Udaipur. For the past couple of months, the internet speed has gone down drastically. I called Airtel Customer Care and they just didn't care about it and said that it's some problem with Airtel Tower in the area and will soon be fixed. I have been experiencing poor network and pathetic 4g quality for 2 years running now. I've made many complaints but have always fallen on deaf ears and slack attitudes of airtel's staffs.
