One of yr airtel executive came from the galary which is near to xth central mall, mahavir nagar and promised us to give landline connection along with internet. new postpaid connection dated 15th june 2018

I have been trying to get a postpaid connection of airtel from past 3 days and they just come back with a response that it will be given in next 24 hours which has not happened yet. I wonder how the associates can take such things so lightly. Isn't this a revenue to the company which they are letting go for no reason? Highly demotivated and casual attitude customer care who had no responsibility to help...

slow net since three days

I live in chennai and went to hosur for about one and half month and when i came back to chennai on 12/06/2018 the net became slow it has been three days and the net is still very slow. I tried calling the customer care but i could not even talk to the manager or someone. What shupd o do now? When will my net speed come back to normal? Is there any way to fix the speed of my net?...

international roaming charges deducted

On 2nd of June 2018 we recharged 2999. This we did after calling the airtel customer care. They said just download the airtel app and follow the procedures . We did exactly what the app showed us. We opted the country Switzerland were we were about to go on 3rd. So just before 24 hours we recharged 2999 for international roaming. When we reached Zurich on 4th the sim did not catch any tower. We were in a lot of trouble as we did not have...

unethical deduction of money

I am a customer of Airtel. My mobile No. is [protected]. I have been using Airtel since last 5 years. Today an amount of Rs.75/- has been unauthorisedly and unethically deducted from my account on the ground that WHATSMOB has been activated in my Mobile. .. I have not made any request for activation of WHATSMOB.

digital tv service

Kindly assist me resolve this issue. I bought data through my stanbic ibtc account from my mtn line [protected] to credit my airtel line [protected] for #1000 but i was debited twice. But still i cant use the data on the phone.

I did a top up for my mobile where the amount has been deducted from SBI saving account and recharge was not happened, so kindly refund my money.
I complaint to sbi and airtel no. of times.
SBI confirmed the transaction is successfull so they can not refund the amount .

airtel network issue complaint

There is no Netwrk in my airtel number since one week and I have complained so many times bt still my problem hasn't been resolved. As it rains a little there is no Airtel network in our area. This is not my problem it is the problem faced by all Airtel users in my area. On complaining your supervisors tell that this is best service being provided to you we can't provide more than this. incorrect billing for international roaming

I had deactivated international roaming on my mobile number in nov 2017.
I have acknowledgement from airtel for receiving my request.
But no action was taken in their system on this request. It is a system failure of the company.
In my bill for jan 2018 i have received a bill of over rs 10 lakhs.
Firstly, they did not act on my request for deactivation.
Secondly, their internal warning system failed to alert...

replacement 4g nano sim verification call failure

I hav got a replacement airtel 4g sim fr my old microsim. As said i Sent new sim number to 121. Got a mesage and i sent 1 to proceed. It says it vl call shortly to confirm. And i got a call in 10 mins. But during the call... it doesnt recognise my choice of pressing 1 to approve. I hav bn trying fr 2 days with no use. I have no option or to change to jio. Getting vexed with airtel customer care. Worst....

I had requested for a new broadband connection and made a payment of rs. 7884/- through airtel's website (www.airtel.in) on 3rd june 2018.
A week after making the payment i got a call from airtel saying the package i was interested in could not be provided to my location.
I asked for refund and provided the transaction id, caf number and my registered phone number. They said the refund will be credited to my account in 7 days....
