Airtel — balance deducted from bank account but not loaded into my airtel payment wallet

I tried to load Rs 150 in my airtel payment bank wallet using ICICI Netbanking but money deducted from the account and amount is not loaded into my wallet.
Date and time of transaction : 16-Sep-2017 11:45:51
Bank gave me reference number for the transaction which is: [protected]

So please refund my amount immediately.
