Airtel — Balance Deduction and double data | |||
I have purchase mobile on 28/06/15 that is Samsung a7 i got airtel offer double data pack, offer is till june-2015, i recharge rs255 on 30/06/2015 but the data is not get double when i speak to customer care he told that offer is not applicable for me, offer is expired. another thing is my data was 200mb i was using viber when i complete using viber my balance got deducted around 65rs but internet balance was 6mb remaining when i have internet balance still it deducted from main balance, i speak to customer care he is telling that my internet pack got over so it got deducted from main balance.my mobile no is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
