[Resolved] Airtel — Balance deduction by declaring fake internet usages | |||||
Airtel deducted my balance 256 Rs. on 5th october 2015 and told me that I used internet while i did not use internet by SIM . I was using wifi network. Airtel is continuously saying that i used internet but the point is that how can we prove there fact wrong as we dont have any proof that we did not used internet . Please guide me and tell any portal where we can lodge complaint for these telecom companies. Was this information helpful? | |||||

same case with my uncle's number [protected] they deducted 49 rupees saying the internet was used while the device was old nokia phone . Internet was never used on that mobile not even internet setting was enabled.
Airtel is continuously creating problem for their customers
