I have recharged with 179 plan of yours on my number [protected]. This plan claims to unlimited calling to any network for 28 days and 1 gb internet. Its validity on my phone is 19 dec 2017 but now i can't call anywhere, it is saying that you have low balance to make any outgoing calls. It also shows my calling balance as zero. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 22, 2017 Sri Ramalinga Sowdambigai's response The telephone line not work yesterday evening. Please correct it

I had port from reliance prepaid to airtel prepaid 7-8 days back for 2 sims.One got activated but other is still not active.No network is shown.I dont know why they hide the way to talk to customer care.I tried to do it thrice but no help.Please resolve it ASAP.

My Airtel number is registered in Mumbai but currently is on roaming in Uttar Pradesh. I am unable to make calls from my Airtel network despite getting incoming calls. The internet is also working pretty fine. This is highly irritating. Kindly resolve the problem ASAP.
