[Resolved] Airtel — can't make calls and send texts | |||
I ported from Vodafone to airtel and paid RS.520 for free calls, sms and internet for 80 days. I'm not able to send messages and make calls. It says that I don't have sufficient balance. I hardly talk too. There's isn't even an option to talk to customer care executive. My phone number is [protected]. Make sure it is sorted asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I went to the store to fix it. They recharged to the wrong number. I had to made them check again and get it solved. Service from airtel is always worse. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
