Airtel Cellular — Poor service always disconnect for no reason | |||
I have changed my mobile number from Aircel to Airtel through MNP.I have paid my last aircel bill after MNP as said by airtel customer representative.But for this they charged fine from aircel and delayed in MNP.But i have not paid the fine as the delay is from aircel side.After a month later when i started using Aitrel.My number is barred.When i asked the reason they said i have not paid the bill of my previous service provider.So i got frustrated and complaint to airtel nodal officer.On the officers order my number is activated and they asked me to pay the amount pending and mail them a copy of the receipt.So i did the same and mailed airtel a copy.Again after a month later my number is barred stating the reason i have still pending amount to be paid for previous provider.I have called customer care and said that i have paid my bills and submitted the copy last month.Inspite of this again the customer care is asking the copy of the payment second time which i have send already.Now they have barred my number.Dont believe in these type of providers who do all advertisements and never care about customers. Service has been activated. In spite of paying my bills to my old service provider, my call has been disrupted.I did not receive any mails or call from airtel for my complaint on service disruption after paying my bills.Please provide the reason for this, as i have already mailed the receipt copy and why the system is not updated with this.Can you assure that your system has been updated with the details of closing the pending bills for my previous provider and will not face this problem again since this is for second time.
