[Resolved]  Airtel — change my bill plan

This is my humble request to you that I am a bonafide customer of Bharti Airtel. I regret to inform you that I had been using prepaid Vodafone [protected] for 6 yrs.One day its customer executive came to me and showed me airtel executive 100 - pb(coprative) plan which I liked very much plan feature are given below :-
500 minutes pm any network(free),
500 sms L+N any network (free),
to airtel mobile 10p/min
to other mobile 0.5/min
to landline 1/min due to that I ported my vodafone number to airtel postpaid in February, 2013 till August they provided its services according to plan which had given to me, but all of sudden they have changed my plan without informing me so it is very shocking for me.you are request to solve my problem and resume my previous plan which has been implemented otherwise I am going to disconnect my number as well as other numbers which are using by my family members. I shall be very grateful to you for this act of kindness.

Having complained about my problem airtel bharti, they contacted me the next day . There was some problem in line so I could not hear what they wanted to say to me when I later contacted call center and they asked me to mail my complain again. I am not able to understand their modus operandi. I am very disappointed at their behaviour. I am fed up with their response. I am mentally tortured by the company. They are forcing me to pay bill. I donot to pay my bill till my problem resolve.This is my very old number. I have given this number to my near and dear ones. I have made a bludern mistake to take that plan airtel.
