Airtel — Complaint on Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) AIRTEL showroom

Dear team, I have very very bad experience with Nellore (Andhra pradesh) near madras bus stand show room. I gave documents and paid money to convert my post paid number to prepaid. And I got the prepaid sim also . They said it will converte in to 48 hours.its been 20 days but it did not happened. When we visit the showroom and ask they are saying that system is down. Every time same answer. Such a care less employees and management. Please do take an action and solve my problems. Also please close this store or change the employees and take new ppl who can do work for the customers. I made many calls to 121 to complaint abt it. One of the complaint no#60715015.

Thanks very much. They asked me to clear the outstanding and i paid that amont. They have given 72 hours time to solve this issue. will post you the update on Saturday. So that we can take an action on this.

Hi this is prabhakar reddy from nellore. We are using 12 contacts at idea network.we wish to change to airtel network.i got information at your airtel office.they told there is a verification.ok i accept it.
The verification person name 'vasu'his contact number is [protected]
he is miss behaving with customer.its not the proper way to deal with customer.due to his miss behaviour, i dont want to change to your network.

Sir, I am now in postpaid plan 399/- and I want to change to prepaid with immediate effect. Hence, I request to change my no. To prepaid. Thanks.

Hi this is Sharath.i want to port in to airtel postpaid from idea prepaid.i kept port msg and I contacted the airtel branch at opposite nippo factory Nellore.after 7 days I contacted them.then they said that your request is rejected.very worst distributor.untill I contact them they didn't inform the status of porting
