Airtel — customer care call disconnected. | |||
Today I called the customer care to ask for service request number as I wanted to get a new micro sim, the airtel representative took the call and said HELLO, I thought I have called incorrect number and asked if this is a home or a airtel customer center, the representative said, it airtel and said to be on line and I will get back to you and then he disconnected the line. I had to call the Airtel customer service number again and get the request number. I was a vodafone customer and every time I call the customer care it used to be a good experience but with Airtel the customer service is as pethetic as it was 15 years ago. No improvement in the customer service at all. Their language is pethetic and their phone etiquite is pethetic. Hope this will be a learning going forward to Airtel and Mr. Sunil Mittal.
