Airtel — data fraud and ivr unresponsive | |||
Hello My name is vijaysinh g jadeja Mobile no: [protected] I just bought and activated airtel sim today and recharged it with 549 with gives a data benefit of 3 gb per day. But it turns out that airtel is simply fooling people with false promise. After the recharge i put a 1.8 gb file on download and as the file was downoaded to 76% my airtel data was exhausted. It never happened to my jio sim or vodafone. When i tried to creach the coustomer care through ivr it was unresponsive. It says to dile 3 but nothing happens when i dail three.
