Airtel — debit freeze on account- [protected] | |||||
Dear Concern, Please find the attached Documents requested to unfreeze the account to utilize the payment of Rs. 5000 in our Payment bank A/c.No: [protected]. My earlier Case id which is received from Payments bank below mentioned: [CASE:1587432] : Dated 24th Feb 2018 [CASE:1590656] : Dated 26th Feb 2018 we upload the amount of Rs 5000/- on 18/03/2017 still now unfreeze the account . We have already the share the documents to wecare payments bank team on 24th Feb & 26th Feb 2018 and till as of now unfreeze the account which is unacceptable and not even received any formal call from Customer care representative from Airtel Payment Bank team in repeated calls from us. This will create a negative belief on the service provided by the Airtel Payment bank. We once again requesting you to resolve the issue ASAP to continue with Airtel Service.
