Airtel — debit freeze unlocking | |
On jan 10th i had deposited cash of 7000 in my airtel account [through my payzapp wallet] airtel payment bank has debit freezed my account in the name of suspicious transaction. When i called customer care 1st they asked me to send my aadhar card, pan card and bank statement to the email [protected]@airtel money.com I sent it immediately on the same day. After that they asked me to wait for 48hrs to activate it again. When i called (17th & 20th jan 2018) they said your request in process. Third time i called them on 23rd jan 18, at the time only they said reply mail was sent on 13th jan 18 and asked me to send the clear bank statement (Here-i transferred money from my payzapp wallet not from any bank account or cards, and payzaap only provide the transaction history no more statement is not available) and i replied them "i transferred money from wallet", then they said to write a mail to them. Finally i wrote a mail and attached the statement & card details of payzaap. But still there is no reply. Kindly help me to get out of this issue.
