Airtel — Default device and unusual consumption of data | |||
I am using Airtel services from last three months and after one month the device i brought "Hotspot 4G Dongle" goes faulty and i have been complaining airtel for this from last two months(23 oct) and still there is no response from airtel. As my dongle is in warranty period it should be replaced but airtel did not replaced my dongle and now gave a plug-in router which is also not woking properly.This replaced plug-in router is faulty. Airtel is cheating me and not responding properly . I have been paying for the services which I am not using. I want some serious action to be taken against Airtel company for mental harassment and bluffing with their customers and not providing services properly. I have talked to three supervisors name- Mr Satyam, Mr Sayed and Mr. Parmesh, and each supervisor committed that the device will be changed by tomorrow and still i did not get any resolution. I want my device to be replaced and my 4g data to be refilled. Was this information helpful? | |||
