[Resolved]  Airtel — delay in activation/ providing connection

Am writing you after getting tierd of continious emails to Airtel customer support and complaints.
I've migrated my Airtel Postpaid connection to prepaid yesterday and It's been almost more than 26 Hours, My Prepaid SIM has not been activated and I lost all my incoming calls.
I've raised all the complaints and mentioned all my importance o[censored]rgency, though I didn't get any resolution till now.

I was supose to receive an International call yesterday on this specific mobile number ([protected]) and now I've been wiped out of my project without getting proper communication.
Also I just raised an consumer complaint regarding the miscommunication, Since there's no proper response saying that at certain time the problem will get resolved.

You can refer all my below email thread about my concern, Will they be able to repay my loss?
Please advise.

I had a call with customer executive for tele verification via 59059 and I've been told that the date was not updated in my profile.
Since the referred TAT (24 Hrs) has been crossed as my Postpaid SIM has been de-activated on 11 AM yesterday (26th April).

So, no use of raising all complaints to the top authorities and mentioning my importance of the connection, as the default TAT (24 Hrs) for activation has been exceeded.

Can you please look into my issue about converting Airtel Postpaid to Prepaid ([protected]).
As of now, I postpaid SIM has been deactivated and as instructed I installed my new Prepaid SIM into my mobile, But when I called to 59059, the executive explained that it'll take 24 hours to activate my new prepaid SIM.
So, Should I wait for 24 hours to receive calls? Since am using Airtel for past 8 years, I've migrated to some other network and returned back to Airtel considering that Airtel is best suitable network for me.
But I can't even transact money or some other task which require OTP service without my mobile connection as I donot have any alternate mobile connection.

Airtel is responsible for this and no one can give me back what I lost. I'd love if my prepaid connection got activated before 7 PM today.

On your confirmation, I can re-schedule my call to my client who is located in California.
