[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Worst service ever experience | |||
Dear #airtel #airtelDigitalTV I am so frustrated with your so called customer 'care' which has absolutely no care for customers. Please read below and read CAREFULLY to understand what pain a customer has to undergo to become one of your customer:- 1. A new connection purchased on 30 August 2014. Installation pending till 17 October 2014 (please mind the company which claims 24 hour policy is unable to complete 24 DAYS). Every single customer agent on your helpline nos 12150 is "illiterate" and has no idea regarding the current status of the ID and every single person gives a different answer about the same. (ID - [protected]) You can check every single record of the phone calls made to your number from this no ([protected] & [protected]). Even after doing repetitive calls to the customer care no one ever listened. Finally, on 18 Oct 2014 I cancelled the order and I received the payment after due follow ups on 20 Oct 2014. CASE ENDS. 2. Even after such a horrible experience, I trusted airtel and that was the worst mistake I did, I tried to book another connection, as I got a voucher with SAMSUNG for HD+ connection on 1690/-. I, as instructed in the voucher had send an SMS on 54325, and also I received a call next day i.e. 23 October 2014 a verification call, and he took all my details and told me that the connection would be installed in the next 4 hours or so. Patiently we waited for 2 DAYS but despite that no news. Finally frustrated I called customer care and a senior "GURMEET SINGH" told me had no idea again and you will have to book a new connection. Kindly revert with a reply is this the kind of service you give to a customer and not even after sales it is pre sales. Was this information helpful? | |||
