Airtel — dth recharge - service not resumed - money not refunded

My airtel dth was recharged on 03.10.2017 at 13.57 hrs for rs.1000/- through indian bank app indpay (Trans id (Indbip[protected]. Till date it was neither recharged nor money refunded. Subsequently i recharged for rs.320/-through retailer. More than one week passed. I have contacted customer care too. No response. If the amount is not refunded within a week i have to move the consumer court.
