[Resolved] Airtel — Error while creating MyPack on Prepaid number [protected] | |||
I've converted my Airtel postpaid number to prepaid on August 29th at Bangalore, Karnataka. After the migration, I tried creating My Pack through www.airtel.in website and received error saying Please enter a valid prepaid number. Through USSD code i am able to reach till the last step of confirming the pack. But while confirming, I get an error saying Your pack could not be activated. I called up Airtel customer care. They opened 2 SRs. But they said they don't know the reason and didn't find anything wrong at their side. Customer care executive asked me to take the phone to an ARC. But ARC at Vignan nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka said that they are helpless in this case and this is a technical issue and advised me to send this email. Appreciate help in this matter. Please note this number was ported to Airtel from Vodafone almost 2 years back. Thanks, Jerin Was this information helpful? | |||
