Airtel — fraud charges

I Dolly Naqvi and Shadab Naqvi wanted to change our vodafone network to airtel network by porting. I got info stating that this agent person would do the needful. He came to my office charged us Rs 1600 porting charges for two connections 800 each and promised us that it would be done within 10 days. After submitting all documents from our end, constantly following up with them no results, nw they dont take our calls and hve put the blame game. I shall give u all the people associated with this and their numbers.
