Airtel — Fraud payment made using my Credit card to Aritel BILL Payment. Request to stop and reverse out the same | |||
Hi, From my Citi bank credit card ( last 4 digit 3153), a fraud payment of Rs.5, 040 has been made to Airtel Payment yesterday -30th June, 2015 @ 4.52 pm. 318392 is the transaction number provided to me by the Citi bank. Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details.
