Airtel — handset not delivered

Hi,
I ordered samsung galaxy s9 via airtel website, which has an ongoing offer for the customers. I ordered it on 01 april 2018 and made down payment of 9900 inr. The handset was supposed to get delivered to me on 07 april 2018. The delivery guy arrived however, while he was doing my kyc his airtel app via which he does the process showed "internal error"' when he input my sim number. Later they asked me to wait for a day and confirmed that the issue will be resolved. However, its been 3 days and i have no update on my order. I haven't received the phone and my money is stuck with them. They give the reason that my sim is postpaid. However that doesn't make any sense as their terms & conditions stated that the number can be ported.
I have attached reference for the clause in t&c.
Please get my handset delivered at the earliest.

Later they asked me to wait for a day and confirmed that the issue will be resolved. However, its been 3 days and I have no update on my order. I haven't received the phone and my money is stuck with them. They give the reason that my sim is prepaid. However that doesn't make any sense as their Terms & Conditions stated that the number can be ported.
