Airtel — horrible service waisted 3 hours | |||||
Hi I have order samsung s9+ from airtel online store and on 24/03/2018. I got a call from airtel vulcan delivery name asif he told me that sir i have lots of work so i cannnot delivery your phone today if you want u can come to our office what’s kind of service is this airtel should deliver the phone at address that provided by customer. Then i went to vulcan office there i sat for 3 hours because there was issue with the system not working properly. It show my kyc is still pending and they said without kyc we cannot delivery the phone i got the verification Message from aadhaar department but still in airtel system it’ shows kyc pending i waisted bloody 3 hours there n i did not get the phone My order no is 10022898 and loan application no is adf180321zn4j3r Was this information helpful? | |||||

Did anyone get the mobile phone finally? I have also preordered a device and it shows "KYC pending" on their website.

I have faced the same too. They always say that they are busy and we have to go somewhere to connect it. Pathetic service.
Yeah i have also preorderd and showing kyc pending will i get my mobile plz help
