[Resolved] Airtel — Hot spot fraud | |||||
I have been cheated by airtel, when there representative called me she told me that i will get 4gb data after that data will be unlimited but speed will reduce within 2 days i got the message that 100% of the data has been exhausted while i have uploaded and downloaded some basic files from gmail when i contacted them they say i have used the entire 4gb how is it possible and i am the only user using the hotspot and now i am not able to connect to internet When i called the representative she said she will enquire but now when i callled her and the technician they are not answering call please beaware of these airtel people they are big time fraud they will take 2899 4 months rental in advance and will play all this games Represenative number is [protected] Technician name is pravin [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Now it has been more then 5 days I have reported this issue, I have sent you mail with my Airtel Number and my alternate contact number, however, no one from your side has contacted me.
Airtel say that they are open doesn't hide anything, I use Vodafone 3g pack on my mobile and I get daily report from them how much data I have consumed here I have just downloaded basic JPG files and I got the message from your side that I have consumed 4GB of data, If you are open then i challenge you'll just give me details how much GB I have uploaded and How much I have Downloaded. If you say I have consumed 4GB of data then send me all the details from which website I have downloaded and Which website I have uploaded, I want to see what data you'll provide when I have consumed some what between 500mb-700mb of data.
If you don't have any details then yo please refund my money and take your Hotspot back.
