[Resolved] Airtel — Incoming Call facility as well as SMS service not available | |||
I am porting my mobile no. [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel on 26.12.2014. As per norms i received the new Airtel sim on given of Rs. 300/- and necessary documents to customer. Though the outgoing call facility was activated on 29.12.2014, incoming call facility and SMS service was not activated till date. When i contact to Airtel Customer Care they are advised me to take a duplicate sim from Airtel Store by producing my documents and Rs. 25 again.
