[Resolved] Airtel — Incoming calls not received after mnm from vodafone | |||
Hello I migrated from vodafone to airtel and my number is [protected]. After the migration process was completed, i am ablw to make calls but incoming calls are not coming. The message to the caller is that the number is incorrect. I visited the airtel showroom in purasaiwalkam, chennai and they tried and could not resolve the problem. I called up customer care and they told me to re insert the sim in aeroplan mode and then change it to normal mode. This too had not worked. I have not got any further supprt on this and i my day to day activities are affected. Please address this issue at the earliest. You can call me @ [protected] which is my alternate number.
