[Resolved] Airtel — international roaming issues | |||
Hi Team, My name is sharan holding airtel prepaid no [protected]. I am currently in mexico for the next 30days so i recharged with 3998 pack but im unable to make any calls because my out going call barring is activated. I m not sure how it got activated. Im unable to deactivate it as it is asking for 4 digit password. I tried with 1234, 0000, my last 4 digit phone no. None has worked. I even talked to customer care executive twice, they said everything is fine on your phone and we would not give you passcode and i even contacted samsung operator(Im using S7 edge) they said your service provider will give you the passcode.
