Airtel — MIS COMMITMENT BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE | |||
I am using your mobile post paid service bearing no. – [protected] for last 5 years or more. For last few months I am a bit irregular in my payments due to some personal constraints. On the Month of February 2015, I had an outstanding of Rs. 2544/-. An executive on behalf of AIRTEL had came to my residence on 8/03/2015 to collect the payment. He told me that if I make a payment of Rs. 1500/- he will give me a waiver of the balance amount. The waiver will be updated within a week and I will get a message for the same. It is now more than a month and the issue is still pending.
