[Resolved]  Airtel — Mobile portability not done disconnected my no

I am gopi manjunath my no is [protected] i have requested a mobile portability online seeing the fake advertisement telling fastest network and open network on last month july and i got an call with the representative telling the plan which i am using with vodafone will be provided and he collected all id proof and information required and after two days after login the file he said the plan details which is more controversy to my current plan and i told to not port. After one month later i got call from airtel representative again and promised for same plan i am using in the vodafone will be given on airtel and collected the port no. Within 3 days without intimation vodafone is disconnected and while inserting the airtel sim there were no out going, incoming, sms and data, i called customer more than 30 times they say give time to resolve the issue for past 5 days. From past 5 days i stuck like anything no fund transfer, tickets, login all lacked due sms sent to my no is not received due to network issue. Kindly take action and provide me service or revert back to vodafone

Almost 9 days my no is not in use, My no is [protected]. Recently also I have called customer they committed they will resolve in 24 hours but so far not in activated. I was put in mess. It affected my Job profile two credit cards got default instead of OTP Message I could not transfer money through online. Call me at[protected]
