Airtel — neither fastag delivered nor refunded my amount | |||
I had ordered an fastag on my airtel thanks app on 19th july 2020. On 24th july 2020 they said that the fastag request for so and so vehicle has been validated and the fastag will be delivered in 12 working days. But till today the fastag is not delivered. I have written repeated multiple mails stating that the fastag is not delivered to me. They end up saying that in their system it is showing that the fastag is delivered. Ok, if the fastag is delivered then why don’t you give me the courier details? Even after asking so many times to give me the courier details, where i can at least track where is the courier, you have never given the courier details. I doubt if you have even couriered the fastag. I asked to cancel the progress/deactivate the fastag and refund me the amount. Neither your returning my amount nor your giving me the fastag nor your giving me the courier details. Then what do you finally want to do??? I have written multiple mails, like non-sense every time you keep telling the only one thing that it will be resolved in 2 days. Damid, it has been 2 months!!! What’s wrong with you?? Useless people useless manager. No one knows how to even work. Are you people even working seriously?? Or just getting paid with out even working??? Idiotic people!!!
