Airtel — network problem and billing problem | |||
Dear Team I am totally fed up with the network. In my office area I am not able to use my airtel number due to network problem. Most of the time when my client call me they found my number is off. Same Vodafone and other network is working smoothly in this area. I have also complained in customer care but no any results I got. So I have decided to port my connection in Vodafone if this will happen again. Second problem is I have taken 349 plan. In this plan calls are unlimited and the executive told me that my bill will come around 5000. But it comes 900 and sometimes around 600. This is totally miss guide. I am harassed by your service network. So kindly solve this problem as soon possible otherwise I will port my number very soon. Was this information helpful? | |||

After upgrading 3g to 4g i can't connect to 4g but i can connect to 3g and 2g . I can't call 121. What should i do ?
