Airtel — no service on ported sim | |||||
I have submitted my request to port sim card from aircel to airtel 2 months back but have still not received any signal on my airtel sim card. I called the customer care about the issue and they told me to go to the nearest airtel office. When i went to the office they said the problem will be rectified in a few days but nothing was fixed. This process has repeated six times. Every time i call customer care they tell me to go to the office and after waiting in the queue and wasting more than 1 hour each time they tell me the problem will get rectified in 2 days. I have now waited for 2 months and am very disappointed with airtel service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
