Airtel — non credit of rs.448/- for | |||
Dear sir, I have paid rs. 448/- to bharti airtel limited mumbai through central bank of india credit card ending 5008 on 01/12/2017 at 23.57 for recharge of prepaid mobile number [protected] for unlimited all local+std calls (Non-commercial), 1gb/day 3g/4g, outgoing in national roaming, 100 local+std sms/day for 70 days plan. But i find that the same has not been credited to my prepaid mobile number till date. The transaction id number is[protected], which i have been informed from my bank's credit card deptt. Your customer care attendant at first instance, admiitted the deposit of amount but said that it is a failed transaction and the amount will be refunded. But when i inquire that if the transaction is failed, it is not obligatory for you to inform the customer about failed transaction and the amount should be refunded, she transferred the call to other higher executive for convincing reply. But unfortunately, the senior executive denied of and deposit of amount. Can you please let me know, that the amount that has been credited to bharti airtel limited mumbai, under the said transaction is fake. Or else i would put the matter at appropriate authotity.
