[Resolved]  Airtel — Not Processing MNP Request

Hi I am a Vodafone user and wanted to move to Aitel due to network issue. I submitted a port request 1 month back, after a lot of mails i kept getting replies like it takes upto 7 days and then its pending with vodafone vice versa until the port number got expired. I got call from Airtel appellate authority saying that they will process my old request once I give them new port number, which I did. Then they replied that it will be done in 96 hours. I waited 4 days and checked for status then got a reply that we havent processed the request because we donet have full info. After that there is no communication from Airtel. Please look into this case where Airtel and Vodafone appear to be in collusion to prevent jumping of customers from their networks. I could have submitted request to other operator but I want bring this issue to consumer court limelight as this is happening with all consumers. I have all the mail trail with me which can be provided if needed. Navneet mob: [protected]
