Airtel — number porting problem | |||
I am having problem in porting my number [protected] from tata docomo to airtel. On 05 mar 18 i went to airtel relationship office, jorhat and submitted my port pin number and all the documents they said me to submit and also given rs. 100 for that as they asked me to pay. On 08 mar 18 i got a message from airtel customer services stating that my porting request is validated and the number will be ported into airtel by 20 mar 18. Now this is 23 mar 18 and my number not yet been ported into airtel. I made phone call to airtel office two or three times and once they pick my call and now they not picking my call and whenever i am visited to airtel office they told me they submitted and forwarded my document further. But still my number not been ported into airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
