Airtel — paid for isd roaming - didn't get the service | |||||
I have paid inr 1199 to airtel to activate international roaming (For malayasia) in my number [protected] on[protected] after speaking to airtel store @ goalpark, kolkata. They failed to recharge as there was link failure. They suggested me to recharge online and i a have done that on[protected] through my citi bank credit card, which was successful. To my surprise there was no network in my phone during my visit at malaysia from[protected] to[protected]. I got into trouble without a phone and was disconnected from all my contacts in india. I incurred loss in business. Airtel customer care is refusing to refund the money i had paid for the service - which airtel failed to provide. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have recharged on 16.1.2018 an amount of Rs.509/- for unlimited calls local & STD & Roaming with Data of 1 GB per day for 90 Days. Transaction ID No.166423.
Surprisingly my balance shown "0"
The service providers are doing something mischief
