Airtel Payment Bank — gas subsidy not transfer

When i linked my airtel mobile no with aadhar without intimating me my gas subsidy is going to airtelbank. From last several months my gas subsidy amount is not transferring to my Karur Vysya bank account. Kindly see this and please transfer my gas subsidy to my KVB bank account. Sir i am suffering by this.and also inform you that many times writing complaint sending your executive in fort branch Without my intimation how any bank can take my money. If you do not take action we will cut our airtelsim and deactivate it. My hpcl gas subidy is in KVB bank. Please transfer my money to that bank. your executive also calling me but till date do not transfer my money in my aforesaid account.
